Moreta's Weyr

Welcome to Moreta's Weyr. I am Moreta, the white dragon. I reside here in this part of the Weyr with a few friend's and some secret hordes with some treasure. You will have to look close to find the hints and to get to the treasure. I wish you luck on trying. There will be other dragons and mythical beings to guide you or try to stop you.

Well, the Weyr isn't much to look at yet. We have fun, we talk and play alot but we also go searching for other homeless dragons and kinfolk (sometimes not even kinfolk) that need a good home. So we basicly just hang here, but you are welcome to join us and visit for a bit. Let me get you a cup of klough and some sweet meat to snack on, have a seat over there, forgive my manners, and I will be right back.

I see Moreta has already seated you. I am Sharma and this is Bilbo, he is the guardian for all the dragons and such here at Moreta's Weyr. Moreta has a big heart and she would let anyone in to visit and some folks are not friendly and want to harm the dragons and dragonettes that reside here. I just can't have that. But seem to be the friendly sort, so we will let you stay and enjoy in our fun.

"Are you ready to meeet some of the others?" Moreta asks as she enters back into the room with the drinks and snack. If so, I will start the introductions while you relax and enjoy your food. "Is that OK Sharma?" . Sharma has already approved you as you know, so she agrees with Moreta as Bilbo and her leave the room.

This is Venom and he is guarding the eggs we have here. These eggs should hatch in the next week or so and we can't wait to see what we have. Venom is a gentle creature, don't let his look fool you, but if you touch our eggs, he can get a little testy and the real dragon comes out of him. He also is a big help in guarding our page here.

We are not really sure what will come from our eggs. One is a dragon type, one equine type and one is a mystery. So please drop by again after the 24th and see what suprise we have. We will be checking all day long that day I am sure to see what hatches from our eggs.

Here we have Droopy. Isn't he a sweetie. You can get your own dragons and such just by clicking on their adoption certifices that are with them or by clicking the actual dragons. Droopy here is a shy guy. he just kinda hangs around and eats. "Watch how you talk about me!" chimes in Droopy, "I make sure there are no branches on the ground, pieces of paper and such that the visitors throw down or the wind blows in. We cna't have that you know. The Weyr has to be clean for all the new babies we may find out there to bring home." "yes, you are right Droopy" says Moreta "and I am sorry if I hurt your feelings". Droopy really does a good job cleainng up around here and keeping an eye on the ones that can't fly yet. That is important in here. Not all our creatures can fly at birth, so we need someone dependable, like Droopy to keep an eye on them to keep them out of trouble and out of harms way. He is such a great help to all of us here. We really don't know what we would do without him.

Not all our inhabitats are dragons. We love all kinds of various creatures and collect and bring them all to the Weyr to live happily with us and enjoy a great life. Pinky here is a great example. She is a very unusual pink pegasus. She flirts around causing troulbe most of the day. She is one of our youngsters, but she can fly so Droopy isn't much help with her. She isn't really bad, just mischievious and drives some of the older dragons and such nuts. But we all love her here.

Pinky has a few buddies that need adopting, go check them out by clicking on her certificate. Then you two can have a ton of fun with your own flying pony <G>.

Pinky just whispered to me that her buddy, Andi is below. So make sure you stop and say HI to Andi or your will hurt her feelings. She gets upset real easy being a kid you know.

This is Pinky's bud "Andi". While Andi is not uniquie, being a horse, he is very nice and loving and very sweet. When I found out he could keep Pinky in line and out of trouble, I just had to have him. Andi and Pinky are about inseparatable. They share the same stall and she stays in his pasture or around it most of the time so it is a big help to us. Andi keeps her from flying away to who knows where and causing mischief on other pages and getting the residents there in an uproar. Andi is about 10 years old, just coming into his prime and we are looking to find him a gril friend or pal for the day when Pinky may not want to hang around him anymore. Though I honestly don't see that happening since they are so inseparatable right now.

We had some fairies and pixies move in recently but they haven't told us their names yet. We are still working on them to get them to talk. They brought along a few dragon and firelizard buddies too. Some more unicorns and even a Griffith moved in recently. You can see all the new additions below. Hopefully they will tell us their story soon so we can add it to this stie for all of yall to read.

These babies are from Ladyhippo's. She has some neat stuff on her site. The on the left is Marty and the one of the right is Deb. Aren't they neat. They are just hatching out as you can see and we will see later how they turn out maybe. but I just had to bring them home.

This is Bill And Moreta exchanging their handfasting vows 2 years ago. Don't they make a sweet couple. Only difference is Bill is a lot taller than Moreta and has a beautiful grey beard. Well it is beautiful in Moreta's eyes. She loves it almost as much as she loves her Bill. From seeing them, I would say the feeling is mutal.

Well, say hi to a few of the new residents from Enchated Hollow. They must have liked it here because a bunch of them moved in. Over here we have Shaman Shellamar with her spirit guide, the wolf you see with her. She is our resident medicense woman here and keeps us all healthy with her herbs and portions and chants. She is really good at it too. None of us has been sick here for quite a while. Isn't she a pretty Shaman. Nothing like I really thought one would be. Thank you Shellamar for coming to live at the Weyr.

Shellamar loved it here so much she brought along a few of her friends you can meet below and say hi. You can find your pixies and faires of all kinds at the Enchanted Hollow, all you have to do is click on one of them or on the certificates that go with them.

There are some more beautiful fairies waiting for you there and she is always adding new ones and updating things with holiday and limited editions Fairies and pixies.

This is Star, Star helps Shellamar with the healing around here. She is in training to be a Shaman and we hope she also stays around because as the Weyr grows the we will need all the help we can get to keep our dragons, fairies and other animals of normal and mystic orgins healthy and frisky. Star is from the Enchanted Hollow also. She is very pretty don't you think. She is vain, she does like to spend hours in front of the mirror before she comes out for yall to see her. But it is well worth it.

This is the gardner here at the Weyr. We hope soon to find some pretty flowers and trees and bushes etc growning around here to make the place sparkle and be even prettier for everyone to visit. I mean the Weyr has to be more than rocks and more rocks don't you think. So Lisa was invited in and she came to check us out and decided we definately needed a gardner to spruce the place up and make it more liveable. So come back often and let's see what she has accomplished here and added to our site from time to time.

HI Megan, glad u could come by too. Megan is going to be putting stars up here and there and adding more sparkle to the Weyr. So we will be collection stars to add to the page, so if you have any stars, just send them to me and I will gladly add them to my site and give you credit for sending them to me.

Well lookie here, we have someone finally to keep all those birds in order that roost here in our rocks. Looks like they really like her too. That is very good , they have been getting to become little pests even as much as we enjoyed their songs they sang for us for letting us let them stay here under our protection. Karrie is her name. Karrie, we hope you enjoy your stay and you stay with us for a long time as we need all the help we can with our lovely birds.

OH what do we have here. Isn't she beautiful. We are so glad you stopped by to visit us here. Wonder what she does and why she came by. So far all the fairies that have come by have stayed for a purpose, but so far this one really isn't talking. But she must be here for a purpose so we will wait and see what she tells us in her own good time. That would be interesting to know, she has been here awhile and has yet to even tell us her name.

Another Fairy is here. It appears she is going to take care of all the butterflys we have. Now isn't that wonderful. We have worried about them flying around with all our big dragons and other creatures and getting hurt. So far we have been lucky that none have been seriously hurt, and not that this fairy is here, we don't have to worry anymore. Let's call her Butter, since she hasn't told us her name really. she loves to talk, but she hasn't given us her name yet.

Just click on Spots above and he will take you there. My PC ate my adoption certificats and will go back and get some more as soon as I get my PC back, am on a loaner right now while mine has been in the shop for the past 3 weeks. Keep telling them to give me this one, but they haven't agreed to that yet.

Hi Chewie, glad you dropped in to say hi to our visitors. Chewie so far is our only griffth here, and he was sent to me with out a url to link him to, so if you know where Chewie came from, please let me know and I will gladly link him or remove him, at the owners descretion.

This is Red, we couldn't think of another name for him. Red is shy and he doesn't talk much but he does his fair share protecting the weyr too. Yet he is gentle as a lamb. So don't let his looks fool you. he loves having his nose scratched and under his wings very much. So give him a good scratch and a hug before you leave and he will remember that you were here and not challenge you the next time you come to visit us. Which we hope you do real soon.

Meet our rainbow dragon. Of course, what else to call her but Rainbow. She carries a crystal aournd with her hoping one of her visions will actually come true. She has come close sometimes and we call her our resident physic. She is right pretty, and very funny to be around.
